We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase from JavaRudraksha. Since our products are spiritual and naturally unique, please read our policy carefully before ordering.
1. Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging
- You must provide a photo of the item as proof
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the error was on our side.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are not available for:
- Custom-made malas or spiritually energized items
- Change of mind or personal belief preferences
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible), and place a new order.
4. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once the item has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
We will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
